After becoming a personal trainer in 2010 and working with clients, I learned that exercise alone will not bring about a result. The mind-body link is present in everything we do and the trick is learning how to make it work in your favour.
When I work with my clients we look at habits, physical fitness and mindset and ensure all of these aspect are working to move you closer to your goals.
