Have an attitude of gratitude….we have all heard that before haven’t we?

You might ask how can I be grateful when:

  • We don’t have enough money to pay the bills
  • The kids are struggling
  • You have just been made redundant from a job
  • A relationship is breaking down
  • You are not able to lose the weight and regain your health

This is just to mention a few struggles that we come up against in our lives!!

Well the thing is that even when nothing seems to be working out, there is ALWAYS something that you can be grateful for.  If you are able to stop for a moment and be able to find that ‘thing’ and really start to feel emotionally grateful for it, you will start to feel better and move in a more positive direction.  Gratitude can have a positive impact on so many areas of our life.
